Chef De Parties – Continental Cuisine (Saudi Arabia)
Job Description
One of our reputed clients in the Hospitality & Catering Industry in Saudi Arabia is urgently hiring experienced Chef De Parties – Continental Cuisine to join their professional kitchen team. Candidates must have strong knowledge of continental menu preparation and kitchen coordination.
SALARY: SAR 3,000 – 3,500
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare and cook continental dishes according to menu standards.
- Manage a specific section of the kitchen efficiently.
- Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet company standards.
- Supervise commis chefs and kitchen assistants.
- Maintain hygiene and food safety standards at all times.
- Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory control.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as Chef De Partie (Continental).
- Strong knowledge of continental cuisine and food presentation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Culinary qualification is an advantage.
