Head Bakers (Saudi Arabia)

One of our reputed clients in the Bakery & Hospitality Sector in Saudi Arabia is seeking skilled Head Bakers to lead bakery operations and ensure high-quality production of baked goods.

SALARY: SAR 4,000 – 5,500

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise daily bakery production and staff.
• Prepare breads, pastries, and specialty baked products.
• Develop new recipes and maintain product consistency.
• Ensure hygiene, quality control, and food safety compliance.
• Manage inventory and coordinate raw material supply.
• Train junior bakers and kitchen staff.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as Head Baker or Senior Baker.
• Strong knowledge of bread, pastry, and bakery production.
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to maintain quality and efficiency under pressure.
