Head Bakers (Saudi Arabia)
Job Description
One of our reputed clients in the Bakery & Hospitality Sector in Saudi Arabia is seeking skilled Head Bakers to lead bakery operations and ensure high-quality production of baked goods.
SALARY: SAR 4,000 – 5,500
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise daily bakery production and staff.
- Prepare breads, pastries, and specialty baked products.
- Develop new recipes and maintain product consistency.
- Ensure hygiene, quality control, and food safety compliance.
- Manage inventory and coordinate raw material supply.
- Train junior bakers and kitchen staff.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as Head Baker or Senior Baker.
- Strong knowledge of bread, pastry, and bakery production.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to maintain quality and efficiency under pressure.
