SL officially dual citizenship allow karanawa certain categories - diaspora, foreign spouses. Formal application process.

UAE citizenship - very rare. Exceptional cases only - artists, scientists, doctors of international repute. Not general expats.

Golden Visa UAE (10 year) is best realistic long-term option for most. Not citizenship but stable.
