Qatar humidity - skin problem, heat rash - mokakda solution?
CultureQatar summer first time. Humidity 90%+ when. Prickly heat, skin rash bad. Any remedies? SL eke me problem thiyna naha.

Few months giya gaman body adjust wenawa. First summer hardest. Relax.

Cotton clothes only wear. Synthetic fabric avoid. Shower twice daily.

Calamine lotion or prickly heat powder use karanna. Johnson's prickly heat powder pharmacy eke available.

Dermatologist visit if severe. Steroid cream sometimes prescribe. Hypermarket pharmacy eke cheap.

AC eke stay more during peak heat (June-September). Outdoor minimize.
