Saudi Vision 2030 after rules relaxed bit. Malls and some shops continuous now. Depends on area.

Non-Muslims not required to pray. But respectful - quiet, not eating publicly. Sit at desk normally.

First day shock wenawa. Then routine ekata yanna. Most expats used to it quickly.

Prayer times 5 times. Commercial establishments close 20-30 min. But offices (especially multinationals) sometimes continue.
