Al Qusais good family area. Bit far from city but safe and quiet. Sharjah consider karanna puluwan - cheaper but morning traffic jam horrible.

Deira or Bur Dubai SL community ganan. Shops restaurants oyala. But buildings old. Al Rigga area also good.
