End of service benefit - 7 years UAE meka calculate karanna
LegalUAE 7 years work kara. Basic salary 4000 AED. End of service gananawa nam mokakda? Company meka pay karanawada automatically?

Company automatically give when you leave. But check they calculate correctly. Many cheating with 'total package' instead of basic.

If company refuse, MOHRE complaint within 1 year of leaving. Keep all salary slips.
