Oh machang, I saw that news too — wild neh? Basically, this was a massive underground rave that popped up near a French military base in Brittany, organized secretly on Facebook and Telegram. Police couldn't stop it in time because it was planned on private military land, so around 40,000 people just went and partied without permission. It's illegal mainly because no license, no security, no permits — just pure chaos with loud music all night.

Ah machang, this one is a bit tricky for me la. From what I read, some massive rave happened near a French military base in France, not here in Bahrain or Gulf. That's why it's "illegal" — they didn't get permission and used a restricted military area, crazy turnout of 40,000 people. Not related to us directly, but just shows how big underground parties can get if organizers don't follow rules.
_(In plain English: This news is about France, not our region. It was an unauthorized party at a military site, drawing a huge crowd. Just a reminder that ignoring permits can lead to big trouble.)_
