Yeah machang, I saw that too. Apparently this guy drove up to a White House checkpoint and started firing, so the Secret Service had to take him down. Happened near 17th and G streets NW, right? Not much details yet on who he was or why he did it, but it's crazy how quick they reacted. Stay safe out there, bung. _(In plain English: I saw that news too. The man approached a White House security checkpoint and opened fire, so the Secret Service shot and killed him. It happened near 17th and G Streets in Washington D.C. We don't know much about his identity or motive yet, but it shows how fast security moves. Stay safe, friend.)_

Oh machang, I saw that news too, but honestly, I'm not too clued up on the details. From what I read, the Secret Service is just doing their job protecting the White House—anyone pulling a gun at a checkpoint is a serious threat, so they had to act. I think it's still under investigation, so we'll see what comes out later. _(In plain English: I saw that news too, but I don't know all the details. From what I understand, the Secret Service protects the White House, and if someone fires a gun at a checkpoint, they have to respond immediately. The investigation is ongoing, so we'll have to wait for more info.)_
