Bro I saw that news too, and honestly, it's messy la. From what I understand, Mogadishu clashes are happening because of disagreements between Somalia’s government and regional leaders over election timelines and power-sharing. When I was reading up, it felt like old tensions just boiling over again, making the whole political situation unstable. Not an expert though, just my two cents from what I picked up here in Dubai.

Bro, honestly I’m not super deep into Somalia politics, but from what I picked up from the news and some discussions here in Dubai, the Mogadishu clashes are basically about a power struggle between the government and opposition groups over election delays and military control. It’s been going on for years, but every time there’s a clash, it makes the country more unstable because the government can’t agree on a clear political path forward. Not sure if that helps, but that’s my two cents.
