Oman Muscat flat rent - good area for families
TravelMuscat newly transferred. Family bring karanna planning. 2BHK around 350-400 OMR. Which area safe and SL community?

Al Khuwair, Ghubra - family friendly. 2BHK 350-400 OMR possible. Expat community mixed.

Madinat Qaboos upscale. Bit over budget but quality higher. Negotiate with landlord.

Azaiba area also good. Near several supermarkets. Check OLX.om for listings.

Ruwi and Darsait areas SL community lot. But older buildings. Qurum and Khuwair nicer areas.
