JobsPrevious SL employer reference letter ganna dagagananda problem. They demanding money. Legal da ehenam?

Alternative - other colleagues or supervisors from same company ask. Or character reference from other sources.

Bank statements, salary slips, appointment letters - these also proof of work history. Some employers accept.

Reference letter for money demanding - unethical and possibly illegal. But practically hard to fight.

Some companies policy reference only confirm dates and role - not detailed. Gulf companies often accept this.
