Commis II (Kuwait)
Job Description
One of our reputed clients in Kuwait, a well-known international restaurant chain, is urgently hiring Commis II to join their culinary team. Candidates should have experience in food preparation and kitchen operations in a fast-paced environment.
SALARY: KWD 140 – 180 per month
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist senior chefs in food preparation and cooking.
- Ensure proper portioning, seasoning, and presentation of dishes.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen.
- Support kitchen operations during peak hours.
- Properly handle kitchen equipment and ingredients.
- Follow recipes and ensure food consistency.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Commis II in a restaurant or hotel kitchen.
- Strong understanding of basic cooking methods.
- Team-oriented with good communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- GCC experience preferred.
