Commis II (Kuwait)

One of our reputed clients in Kuwait, a well-known international restaurant chain, is urgently hiring Commis II to join their culinary team. Candidates should have experience in food preparation and kitchen operations in a fast-paced environment.

SALARY: KWD 140 – 180 per month

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist senior chefs in food preparation and cooking.
• Ensure proper portioning, seasoning, and presentation of dishes.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen.
• Support kitchen operations during peak hours.
• Properly handle kitchen equipment and ingredients.
• Follow recipes and ensure food consistency.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Commis II in a restaurant or hotel kitchen.
• Strong understanding of basic cooking methods.
• Team-oriented with good communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• GCC experience preferred.
