Chefs – Cold Kitchen (Kuwait)

One of our reputed clients in Kuwait, a well-established hospitality group, is urgently looking for skilled Cold Kitchen Chefs to join their culinary team. Candidates should be experienced in preparing salads, appetizers, and cold dishes with excellent presentation and hygiene standards.

SALARY: KWD 170 – 230 per month

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare and present cold dishes such as salads, appetizers, and desserts.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety, and kitchen cleanliness.
• Ensure all ingredients are fresh and properly stored.
• Assist in menu planning and new recipe development.
• Work closely with the Head Chef to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
• Maintain portion control and minimize food wastage.
• Follow company recipes and quality standards consistently.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a cold kitchen or similar culinary role.
• Strong knowledge of cold food preparation and plating techniques.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Culinary diploma or relevant certification preferred.
