Bakery / Pastry Chefs (Kuwait)

One of our reputed clients in Kuwait, a leading hospitality company, is urgently seeking experienced Bakery / Pastry Chefs to join their team. Candidates should be skilled in producing high-quality breads, pastries, and desserts while maintaining kitchen standards and creativity.

SALARY: KWD 180 – 250 per month

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare and bake a wide variety of breads, pastries, and desserts.
• Ensure consistent quality, taste, and presentation of bakery items.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen.
• Monitor ingredient stock levels and assist in inventory management.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Follow company recipes and contribute to new menu ideas.
• Maintain and operate bakery equipment safely and efficiently.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Bakery or Pastry Chef.
• Knowledge of traditional and modern baking techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Good communication and organizational abilities.
