Job Description
One of our esteemed clients in Kuwait, a highly reputed hospitality and catering company, is looking for experienced and talented Chefs de Partie to lead sections of their kitchen operations and ensure the delivery of high-quality culinary services.
SALARY: KWD 380 – 450
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise and manage a specific section of the kitchen.
- Prepare and present dishes to the highest quality standards.
- Ensure efficient kitchen operations and timely food service.
- Maintain consistency in food taste, quality, and presentation.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock usage.
- Train, mentor, and guide junior kitchen staff.
- Adhere to food hygiene, safety, and sanitation regulations.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role in a professional kitchen.
- Diploma or certificate in Culinary Arts or equivalent qualification.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Extensive knowledge of kitchen operations and food preparation.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to perform under pressure and maintain high standards.
- Age below 40 years preferred.
