Job Description
One of our esteemed clients in Kuwait, a top-tier hospitality and catering company, is currently hiring experienced and talented Commis I professionals to lead food preparation tasks and maintain high standards of kitchen performance.
SALARY: KWD 280 – 300
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Take responsibility for food preparation in assigned sections of the kitchen.
- Ensure high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation.
- Assist Sous Chefs and Chefs de Partie in executing menu items.
- Maintain proper hygiene, safety, and cleanliness in the kitchen.
- Coordinate with junior staff and provide necessary training or guidance.
- Monitor inventory and ensure efficient use of ingredients.
- Follow established recipes and procedures with accuracy.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience in a similar role within a professional kitchen.
- Diploma or certification in Culinary Arts is highly desirable.
- Strong culinary skills with a deep understanding of food safety practices.
- Leadership qualities and ability to manage junior staff.
- Capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and quality-focused.
- Age below 40 years preferred.
