Commis I (Kuwait)

One of our esteemed clients in Kuwait, a top-tier hospitality and catering company, is currently hiring experienced and talented Commis I professionals to lead food preparation tasks and maintain high standards of kitchen performance.

SALARY: KWD 280 – 300

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Take responsibility for food preparation in assigned sections of the kitchen.
• Ensure high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation.
• Assist Sous Chefs and Chefs de Partie in executing menu items.
• Maintain proper hygiene, safety, and cleanliness in the kitchen.
• Coordinate with junior staff and provide necessary training or guidance.
• Monitor inventory and ensure efficient use of ingredients.
• Follow established recipes and procedures with accuracy.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 3–4 years of experience in a similar role within a professional kitchen.
• Diploma or certification in Culinary Arts is highly desirable.
• Strong culinary skills with a deep understanding of food safety practices.
• Leadership qualities and ability to manage junior staff.
• Capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and quality-focused.
• Age below 40 years preferred.
