Waiters/Waitresses (Kuwait)

One of our reputed clients in Kuwait, a prominent hospitality group, is looking for friendly and customer-focused Waiters/Waitresses to join their restaurant service team.

SALARY: KWD 160 per month

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Greet and seat customers in a courteous and professional manner.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serve meals and drinks to guests while ensuring a pleasant dining experience.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any complaints promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
• Assist in setting up and closing duties of the restaurant.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Prior experience as a waiter/waitress in a hotel or restaurant environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Basic English language proficiency.
• Age below 35 years preferred.
