Job Description
One of our esteemed clients in Kuwait, a leading hospitality and catering service provider, is seeking experienced and dedicated Commis II professionals to join their kitchen team and support culinary operations with efficiency and quality.
SALARY: KWD 205 – 230
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare and cook food items under the guidance of senior chefs.
- Ensure proper portioning, presentation, and food quality.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen at all times.
- Follow recipes and cooking procedures accurately.
- Assist in inventory control and proper storage of ingredients.
- Support kitchen operations during peak service hours.
- Adhere to food safety regulations and kitchen protocols.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Diploma or certificate in Culinary Arts is preferred.
- Solid understanding of food preparation and kitchen operations.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and strong work ethic.
- Good communication and time-management skills.
- Age below 40 years preferred.
