Commis II (Kuwait)

One of our esteemed clients in Kuwait, a leading hospitality and catering service provider, is seeking experienced and dedicated Commis II professionals to join their kitchen team and support culinary operations with efficiency and quality.

SALARY: KWD 205 – 230 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare and cook food items under the guidance of senior chefs.
• Ensure proper portioning, presentation, and food quality.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen at all times.
• Follow recipes and cooking procedures accurately.
• Assist in inventory control and proper storage of ingredients.
• Support kitchen operations during peak service hours.
• Adhere to food safety regulations and kitchen protocols.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Diploma or certificate in Culinary Arts is preferred.
• Solid understanding of food preparation and kitchen operations.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and strong work ethic.
• Good communication and time-management skills.
• Age below 40 years preferred.
