Technical Support Associates (Kuwait)

One of our prestigious clients in Kuwait is looking for experienced Technical Support Associates (TSA) to join their team immediately.

SALARY: KWD 200

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide technical assistance and support to clients and customers
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
• Ensure timely resolution of user problems
• Maintain service logs and issue tracking records
• Coordinate with senior support teams for complex issues
• Maintain system performance through routine checks
• Assist in system installations and updates

REQUIREMENTS:

• Age between 22 to 35
• Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in IT support or technical service
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Basic knowledge in hardware and networking
• Ability to work under pressure
• Must be willing to work 9 hours daily
• Commitment to a 2-year contract
