Technical Support Associates (Kuwait)
Job Description
One of our prestigious clients in Kuwait is looking for experienced Technical Support Associates (TSA) to join their team immediately.
SALARY: KWD 200
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide technical assistance and support to clients and customers
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Ensure timely resolution of user problems
- Maintain service logs and issue tracking records
- Coordinate with senior support teams for complex issues
- Maintain system performance through routine checks
- Assist in system installations and updates
REQUIREMENTS:
- Age between 22 to 35
- Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in IT support or technical service
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic knowledge in hardware and networking
- Ability to work under pressure
- Must be willing to work 9 hours daily
- Commitment to a 2-year contract
