Baristas (Kuwait)
Job Description
One of our prestigious clients in Kuwait, a well-established coffeehouse chain, is urgently seeking experienced Baristas to join their energetic team.
SALARY: KWD 150
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including specialty coffees.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the workstation and equipment.
- Engage with customers courteously and professionally.
- Ensure consistent product quality and presentation.
- Operate POS systems and handle transactions efficiently.
- Monitor inventory and restock supplies as needed.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation standards.
- Support the team during peak hours and contribute to a positive work environment.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Barista or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and equipment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
- Presentable and friendly personality.
- Willingness to relocate and work in Kuwait.
- Age between 22–31 preferred.
