Baristas (Kuwait)

One of our prestigious clients in Kuwait, a well-established coffeehouse chain, is urgently seeking experienced Baristas to join their energetic team.

SALARY: KWD 150

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including specialty coffees.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the workstation and equipment.
• Engage with customers courteously and professionally.
• Ensure consistent product quality and presentation.
• Operate POS systems and handle transactions efficiently.
• Monitor inventory and restock supplies as needed.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation standards.
• Support the team during peak hours and contribute to a positive work environment.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Barista or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and equipment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
• Presentable and friendly personality.
• Willingness to relocate and work in Kuwait.
• Age between 22–31 preferred.
