Kitchen Supervisors (Kuwait)
Job Description
One of our prestigious clients in Kuwait, a leading hospitality group, is urgently seeking experienced Kitchen Supervisors to join their dynamic culinary team.
SALARY: KD 170 – 180
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise daily kitchen operations and coordinate kitchen staff.
- Ensure food preparation meets quality and hygiene standards.
- Monitor inventory and coordinate with purchasing for stock levels.
- Train and guide kitchen staff to follow recipes and procedures.
- Enforce health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area.
- Work closely with chefs and management to meet food service goals.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience as a Kitchen Supervisor or Senior Cook.
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Ability to manage time and resources effectively.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Must be willing to relocate and work in Kuwait.
- Age between 25 – 40 preferred.
