Kitchen Supervisors (Kuwait)

One of our prestigious clients in Kuwait, a leading hospitality group, is urgently seeking experienced Kitchen Supervisors to join their dynamic culinary team.

 SALARY: KD 170 – 180

 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise daily kitchen operations and coordinate kitchen staff.
• Ensure food preparation meets quality and hygiene standards.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate with purchasing for stock levels.
• Train and guide kitchen staff to follow recipes and procedures.
• Enforce health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area.
• Work closely with chefs and management to meet food service goals.

 REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience as a Kitchen Supervisor or Senior Cook.
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Ability to manage time and resources effectively.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Must be willing to relocate and work in Kuwait.
• Age between 25 – 40 preferred.
