Baristas (Kuwait)
Job Description
One of our prestigious clients in Kuwait, a well-established café chain, is urgently looking for experienced Baristas to join their team.
SALARY: KD 145
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare and serve hot and cold coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, and latte.
- Ensure high standards in drink presentation and taste.
- Operate coffee machines and grinders efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness of the barista station and equipment.
- Manage stock of ingredients and place refill orders when needed.
- Engage politely with customers and provide excellent service.
- Follow health, safety, and hygiene guidelines.
- Assist with cashiering or serving as required.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be experienced in preparing a variety of coffee beverages.
- Age between 22 – 31 years.
- Pleasant, friendly, and presentable personality.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Willing to relocate and work in Kuwait.
- Team player with a passion for customer service.
