Baristas (Kuwait)

One of our prestigious clients in Kuwait, a well-established café chain, is urgently looking for experienced Baristas to join their team.

SALARY: KD 145

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare and serve hot and cold coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, and latte.
• Ensure high standards in drink presentation and taste.
• Operate coffee machines and grinders efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness of the barista station and equipment.
• Manage stock of ingredients and place refill orders when needed.
• Engage politely with customers and provide excellent service.
• Follow health, safety, and hygiene guidelines.
• Assist with cashiering or serving as required.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be experienced in preparing a variety of coffee beverages.
• Age between 22 – 31 years.
• Pleasant, friendly, and presentable personality.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Willing to relocate and work in Kuwait.
• Team player with a passion for customer service.
