Croissant Bakers (Kuwait)

One of our prestigious clients in Kuwait, a renowned bakery chain, is urgently seeking experienced Croissant Bakers to join their team immediately.

SALARY: KD 150

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare, shape, and bake croissants and other pastries.
• Ensure consistent quality, taste, and appearance of products.
• Follow recipes, measurements, and baking procedures accurately.
• Operate and maintain baking equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the work area.
• Monitor inventory of ingredients and supplies.
• Collaborate with the pastry team and report to the head baker.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Age between 21 – 38 years.
• Prior experience in croissant or pastry baking is essential.
• Knowledge of baking techniques, temperatures, and timings.
• Good attention to detail and creativity in presentation.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
• Basic communication skills.
• Willingness to relocate and adapt to a new work culture.
