Job Description
One of our prestigious clients in Kuwait, a leading bakery chain, is looking for experienced Senior Bakers to join their team immediately.
SALARY: 160 KD
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee bakery production and ensure product quality.
- Prepare various types of croissants and bakery items.
- Guide junior bakers and allocate tasks.
- Ensure adherence to hygiene and safety standards.
- Maintain inventory of baking supplies.
- Innovate new recipes when needed.
- Report directly to kitchen supervisors.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous experience in baking preferred.
- Expertise in croissant or pastry baking.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Flexible to work different shifts.
