Senior Bakers (Kuwait)

One of our prestigious clients in Kuwait, a leading bakery chain, is looking for experienced Senior Bakers to join their team immediately.

SALARY: 160 KD

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee bakery production and ensure product quality.
• Prepare various types of croissants and bakery items.
• Guide junior bakers and allocate tasks.
• Ensure adherence to hygiene and safety standards.
• Maintain inventory of baking supplies.
• Innovate new recipes when needed.
• Report directly to kitchen supervisors.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience in baking preferred.
• Expertise in croissant or pastry baking.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Flexible to work different shifts.
