Line Cooks (Kuwait)
Job Description
One of our prestigious clients in Kuwait is looking for experienced Line Cooks to join their team immediately.
SALARY: KD 130
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area.
- Ensure food quality, portion control, and presentation standards are met.
- Monitor stock levels and inform the chef of shortages.
- Comply with food safety regulations and kitchen policies.
- Coordinate with other kitchen staff for efficient food preparation.
- Handle kitchen equipment and utensils properly.
- Assist in receiving and storing food supplies.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Line Cook in a restaurant or hotel.
- Knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen operations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to relocate and work flexible shifts.
- Age below 40 years preferred.
