Training In-Charges (Kuwait)

One of our prestigious clients in Kuwait, a progressive food and beverage company with operations across the Middle East, is looking for an experienced Training In-Charges to join their team.

# SALARY: KD 700 - 800 

# REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in education, human resources, hospitality management, or a relevant field.
• Proven working experience as a training officer or similar role.
• Strong track record in designing and executing successful training programs.
• Familiarity with modern and traditional training methods (mentoring, coaching, e-learning, workshops, etc.).
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to plan, multi-task, and manage time effectively.
• Strong report writing and record-keeping abilities.
• Good computer and database skills.

# JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Develop comprehensive training and development plans tailored to organizational needs.
• Conduct Training Need Analysis (TNA) in collaboration with line managers.
• Deploy various training methods to enhance employee skills and performance.
• Organize and conduct induction and orientation sessions.
• Evaluate the effectiveness and ROI of training programs and report results.
• Manage the training budget efficiently.
• Resolve specific training-related challenges and tailor programs as needed.
• Keep up-to-date with training trends, techniques, and best practices.
