Dispatchers (Kuwait)

One of our prestigious clients in Kuwait, a leading logistics and food service company, is seeking experienced Dispatchers to join their team immediately.

# SALARY: KD 120 + KD 20 (Food Allowance)

# REQUIREMENTS:

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, email management, and order systems. Familiarity with or willingness to learn packaging protocols and box assembly.
• Dispatching Expertise: Experience handling dispatch orders for B2B and B2C clients.
• Industry Background: Previous experience in a fast-food restaurant environment with multiple delivery platforms.
• Coordination Abilities: Strong organizational skills to manage communication between the kitchen and logistics teams effectively.
• Communication: Fluency in spoken and written English.
• Knowledge of Food Safety: Familiarity with food safety and quality standards.
• Gulf Experience: Prior work experience in the Gulf region is mandatory.

# JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Coordinate the dispatch of orders to B2B and B2C clients efficiently.
• Oversee the preparation and assembly of packaging according to company standards.
• Maintain seamless communication between kitchen staff and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Manage and update records of orders, dispatches, and inventories.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and quality guidelines in all dispatch activities.
• Resolve issues related to order management and delivery with a focus on customer satisfaction.
