Workshop Supervisors (Kuwait)

Our client, a leading construction company in Kuwait, is looking for a skilled and motivated "Workshop Supervisors" to join their team immediately.

# SALARY: KD 630

# ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise and manage the daily operations of the workshop.
• Ensure all repair and maintenance work is completed on time and to a high standard.
• Train and mentor junior technicians and mechanics.
• Monitor inventory levels and order necessary parts and supplies.
• Maintain records of all work performed and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

# REQUIREMENTS:

• Extensive experience in a supervisory role within an automotive workshop.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance procedures.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
