Steel Plate Fabricators (Bahrain)

One of our reputed clients in Bahrain, a leading Ship Dockyard Company, is urgently seeking skilled Steel Plate Fabricators with experience in ship repair and heavy fabrication works.

SALARY: BHD 150

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform cutting, shaping, and fabrication of steel plates as per drawings and specifications.
• Conduct fitting, grinding, and welding preparation for ship structures.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, isometric views, and fabrication sketches.
• Assist welders and supervisors in assembling large ship components.
• Ensure proper alignment, measurements, and surface preparation.
• Follow safety standards and shipyard procedures at all times.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Steel Plate Fabricator.
• Experience in ship repair, shipbuilding, or heavy fabrication is strongly preferred.
• Ability to read GA & fabrication drawings.
• Skilled in using cutting tools, grinders, and fabrication machinery.
• Physically fit and able to work in shipyard conditions.
