Steel Plate Fabrication Supervisors (Bahrain)

One of our reputed clients in Bahrain, a leading Ship Dockyard Company, is urgently seeking skilled Steel Plate Fabrication Supervisors to oversee fabrication works in their production and maintenance divisions.

SALARY: BHD 180

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise daily steel plate fabrication activities in workshops and shipyard environments.
• Allocate tasks to fabricators and helpers, ensuring quality and accuracy of work.
• Interpret fabrication drawings, GA drawings, and isometric sketches.
• Monitor cutting, bending, shaping, and assembly of steel plates.
• Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate with engineers and project managers to meet production deadlines.
• Maintain proper records and provide daily progress updates.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Fabrication Supervisor in shipyard/steel fabrication/marine projects.
• Strong knowledge of steel plate fabrication processes and related machinery.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Good leadership and team coordination skills.
• GCC experience preferred.
