Captain Waiters (Bahrain)

One of our prestigious clients in Bahrain is looking for experienced Captain Waiters to join their team immediately.

SALARY: BHD 160 – 180

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise and lead the service team in daily restaurant operations.
• Ensure high-quality customer service is delivered at all times.
• Handle guest complaints and provide appropriate solutions promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the dining area.
• Train and guide junior waiters on service standards and hospitality.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food service.
• Monitor inventory and report shortages or damages.
• Maintain excellent grooming standards and a professional appearance.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Prior experience as a Captain Waiter in a reputed restaurant or hotel.
• Strong leadership and customer service skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Age below 40 years preferred.
• GCC experience is an added advantage.
