Supervisors – Hull Fabrication (Oman)

One of our prestigious clients in Oman is looking for an experienced Supervisor – Hull Fabrication to join their team immediately.

SALARY: OMR 263

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise hull fabrication activities and ensure work is carried out as per drawings and specifications.
• Monitor daily fabrication progress and allocate tasks to workers effectively.
• Ensure welding, cutting, and fitting activities meet quality standards.
• Coordinate with production, quality, and safety teams for smooth operations.
• Ensure materials, tools, and manpower are utilized efficiently.
• Maintain safety standards and ensure compliance with HSE regulations.
• Report daily progress, issues, and manpower status to management.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience in hull fabrication supervision.
• Strong knowledge of shipbuilding / marine fabrication processes.
• Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings.
• Good leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of safety procedures in fabrication yards.
• Previous GCC / shipyard experience is an advantage.
