Supervisors – Hull Fabrication (Oman)
Job Description
One of our prestigious clients in Oman is looking for an experienced Supervisor – Hull Fabrication to join their team immediately.
SALARY: OMR 263
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise hull fabrication activities and ensure work is carried out as per drawings and specifications.
- Monitor daily fabrication progress and allocate tasks to workers effectively.
- Ensure welding, cutting, and fitting activities meet quality standards.
- Coordinate with production, quality, and safety teams for smooth operations.
- Ensure materials, tools, and manpower are utilized efficiently.
- Maintain safety standards and ensure compliance with HSE regulations.
- Report daily progress, issues, and manpower status to management.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience in hull fabrication supervision.
- Strong knowledge of shipbuilding / marine fabrication processes.
- Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings.
- Good leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of safety procedures in fabrication yards.
- Previous GCC / shipyard experience is an advantage.
