Sous Chefs (Saudi Arabia)
Job Description
One of our reputed clients in Saudi Arabia is seeking a highly skilled Sous Chef with Gulf experience to join their culinary team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise across all kitchen departments and the ability to lead kitchen operations efficiently.
SALARY: SAR 7,000 per month
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee daily kitchen operations across all departments.
- Assist the Head Chef in menu planning, food preparation, and presentation.
- Supervise and train kitchen staff to maintain high culinary standards.
- Ensure food quality, hygiene, and safety standards are strictly followed.
- Monitor inventory, stock levels, and cost control measures.
- Support the development of new recipes and innovative menus.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Sous Chef in the Gulf region.
- Strong knowledge of all kitchen sections and international cuisines.
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Must be ready for interview at short notice.
- Only candidates with a strong resume and a portfolio of work (including photos and videos) will be considered.
