Supervisors – Turbo Charger (Oman)

One of our reputed clients in Oman is seeking experienced Supervisors – Turbo Charger for their Mechanical & Electrical Department, to oversee turbocharger maintenance and repair operations and ensure team efficiency and quality standards.

SALARY: OMR 390 per month

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Supervise the maintenance, inspection, and repair of turbochargers and related mechanical systems.
• Coordinate and guide technicians to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Review work for quality, accuracy, and compliance with safety regulations.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting guidance to the team.
• Maintain records of work performed, equipment status, and project progress.
• Ensure tools, equipment, and workspace are organized and safe.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in turbocharger maintenance or mechanical supervision.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems in industrial or automotive applications.
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
