Pipe Fitters (Oman)
Job Description
A reputed client in Oman is looking for experienced Pipe Fitters to join their Pipe & Outfitting Department, responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing piping systems for marine and industrial projects.
SALARY: OMR 186 per month
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Fit and assemble pipe sections, supports, and fittings according to drawings and specifications.
- Carry out installation, maintenance, and repair of piping systems.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments to complete work accurately.
- Work in coordination with welders, fabricators, and supervisors.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality requirements.
- Troubleshoot and rectify issues in pipe systems when required.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a pipe fitter in industrial/marine projects.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and isometrics.
- Knowledge of piping materials, tools, and installation methods.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Physically fit and willing to work in workshop and site environments.
