NEWJob Description
One of our reputed clients in Qatar is recruiting experienced Professional Chefs for bakery and restaurant division operating under a multi-sector group to lead kitchen operations and bakery production.
SALARY: QAR 2,500 – 3,000
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare and supervise production of bakery goods, breads, pastries and restaurant menu items.
- Maintain consistent product quality, taste and presentation.
- Develop recipes, control portions and manage costing where required.
- Supervise and train kitchen and bakery staff; maintain rotas and attendance.
- Ensure strict food safety, hygiene and storage procedures.
- Monitor inventory, order supplies and minimise wastage.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience as a Chef in bakery and/or restaurant kitchens.
- Strong knowledge of bakery production techniques and commercial kitchen operations.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage a team.
- Culinary qualification is an advantage.
