Supervisors – Welder (Oman)
Job Description
One of our prestigious clients in Oman is looking for experienced Supervisors – Welder to join their team immediately.
SALARY: OMR 263
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise daily welding activities and manage the welding team.
- Allocate tasks and monitor work progress.
- Ensure welding work meets drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with engineering and QA/QC teams for inspections.
- Maintain safety compliance and site discipline.
- Report work progress and manpower issues to management.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience in welding supervision.
- Strong knowledge of welding techniques (MIG, TIG, Arc) and safety standards.
- Ability to read and interpret welding and fabrication drawings.
- Leadership skills with ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Knowledge of quality control procedures in welding operations.
