Job Description
One of our prestigious clients in Oman, a well-established ice cream and dessert shop, is looking for experienced and enthusiastic service staff to join their team immediately.
SALARY: OMR 110 – 160 (Based on experience)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serve customers professionally as a waitress, gelato server, or barista.
- Prepare and serve desserts, gelato, ice cream, and beverages according to standards.
- Prepare coffee and hot/cold beverages if assigned as a barista.
- Ensure attractive presentation and consistent product quality.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the service and preparation areas.
- Handle customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and service standards at all times.
- Support smooth daily shop operations and teamwork.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous experience in an ice cream shop, café, dessert shop, or restaurant is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of dessert preparation, gelato serving, or coffee making.
- Good customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work long hours and in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, neat appearance, and team spirit.
- Willingness to learn multiple roles if required.
