Valve Mechanics (Oman)
Job Description
One of our reputed clients in Oman is seeking skilled Valve Mechanics for their Pipe & Outfitting Department, to support installation, repair, and maintenance of valves in piping systems and outfitting projects.
SALARY: OMR 186 per month
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform installation, inspection, repair, and maintenance of valves in piping systems.
- Disassemble and reassemble valves for servicing and testing.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and work instructions.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure valves meet safety and performance standards.
- Coordinate with pipe fitters, technicians, and engineers for project execution.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and workspace in a safe and organized manner.
- Adhere to safety regulations and company guidelines.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in valve mechanics or piping systems.
- Knowledge of different types of valves, maintenance procedures, and testing methods.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
- Strong attention to detail and precision in mechanical tasks.
- Physical fitness and ability to work in industrial or workshop environments.
