Facility Supervisors (Oman)
NEWJob Description
One of our reputed clients in Oman is urgently seeking experienced Facility Supervisors to lead teams and oversee day-to-day facility operations. Candidates must be able to read and write in English and have solid experience in the same field.
SALARY: OMR 200
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise facility staff and ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
- Lead the team, assign duties, and assess job roles as required.
- Oversee cleaning, maintenance, and general facility operations.
- Ensure all areas of the premises are maintained to company standards.
- Keep daily records and submit reports as directed by management.
- Monitor inventory of cleaning and maintenance supplies.
- Ensure safety and hygiene protocols are strictly followed.
- Coordinate with management for operational improvements and issue resolution.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Facility Supervisor or in a similar field.
- Ability to read and write in English (mandatory).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Reliable, disciplined, and committed to duty.
