One of our reputed clients in Oman is seeking experienced Supervisors – Pipe & Outfitting for their Pipe & Outfitting Department, to oversee piping and outfitting activities, ensuring smooth workflow and high-quality project execution.
SALARY: OMR 263 per month
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise pipe and outfitting activities, including installation, maintenance, and fabrication.
- Review technical drawings, work instructions, and project specifications.
- Assign tasks to technicians, fitters, welders, and other team members.
- Monitor workflow, ensure timely completion of tasks, and maintain quality standards.
- Conduct inspections and enforce safety protocols across the team.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a safe and organized manner.
- Coordinate with engineers and project managers to optimize operations.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in pipe and outfitting supervision.
- Strong knowledge of piping systems, installation procedures, and outfitting techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
- Proven supervisory and team management skills.
- Physical fitness and ability to work in industrial environments.
