Job Description
One of our reputed clients in Oman is seeking skilled Daily Operation Staffs for their Design & Engineering Department, to ensure smooth day-to-day support and coordination of engineering activities and operational requirements.
SALARY: OMR 459 per month
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Support the daily operations of the Design & Engineering Department.
• Coordinate with engineers, draftsmen, and project teams to ensure workflow efficiency.
• Maintain records, documentation, and reports related to ongoing projects.
• Assist in scheduling, resource allocation, and operational follow-ups.
• Ensure compliance with project standards, safety regulations, and company guidelines.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in operations, engineering support, or related fields.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams.
• Knowledge of engineering processes and documentation is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.
