Demi Chefs de Partie (Fine Dining)

One of our prestigious clients who is a leading "Fine Dining Restaurant Chain" in Saudi Arabia is looking for experienced "Demi Chefs de Partie" to join them immediately.

# SALARY: SAR 2000 - 3000 (Avg. Rs. 104,440 - 156,660)

# RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support the Chef de Partie or Sous Chef in the daily operation and work.
• Work according to the menu specifications by the Chef de Partie.
• Preparation and cooking of food.
• Assisting in all areas of the kitchen for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
• Ensuring the kitchen areas are clean and tidy.
• Maintaining Health & Safety standards.
• Providing customer service to staff and customers.

# REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 2-3 years of kitchen experience within hospitality, ideally in a fine-dining operation.
• Relevant NVQ or equivalent qualifications, including Basic Food Hygiene.
• A diploma in cooker from recognized International Hotel School will be an added advantage.
