Job Description
One of our prestigious clients, a leading water company in Saudi Arabia, is seeking skilled Foreman Electricians to supervise electrical works in major infrastructure projects.
SALARY: SAR 2,000 – 2,200 per month
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise and lead a team of electricians on infrastructure projects (cable laying, installation, electrical switches).
- Plan and allocate daily work tasks, ensuring high-quality output.
- Review and interpret electrical layouts, drawings, and project specifications.
- Monitor installation, testing, and maintenance of electrical systems.
- Train and guide team members while enforcing safety standards.
- Ensure availability of materials and report shortages to management.
- Conduct inspections to identify and resolve electrical issues.
- Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and project managers to meet deadlines.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 10–15 years of experience as an Electrician in infrastructure projects (cable laying, installation, switches).
- Prior GCC experience is mandatory.
- Degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field is an advantage.
- Good English communication skills.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and hardworking abilities.
