Foreman Electricians – Infrastructure Projects (Saudi Arabia)

One of our prestigious clients, a leading water company in Saudi Arabia, is seeking skilled Foreman Electricians to supervise electrical works in major infrastructure projects.

SALARY: SAR 2,000 – 2,200 per month

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise and lead a team of electricians on infrastructure projects (cable laying, installation, electrical switches).
• Plan and allocate daily work tasks, ensuring high-quality output.
• Review and interpret electrical layouts, drawings, and project specifications.
• Monitor installation, testing, and maintenance of electrical systems.
• Train and guide team members while enforcing safety standards.
• Ensure availability of materials and report shortages to management.
• Conduct inspections to identify and resolve electrical issues.
• Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and project managers to meet deadlines.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 10–15 years of experience as an Electrician in infrastructure projects (cable laying, installation, switches).
• Prior GCC experience is mandatory.
• Degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field is an advantage.
• Good English communication skills.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and hardworking abilities.
