One of our prestigious clients in Saudi Arabia who is a leading "Restaurant Chain" is looking for an experienced "Chef De Parties" to join them immediately.
# SALARY: Negotiable
# RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prep with breakfast, lunch & dinner.
- Check the clearing off and store all leftovers in the refrigerator.
- Keep the working place tidy, clean, and sanitized.
- After cooking each dish, the working area must be kept clean.
- Cover all dishes with foil or film paper before entering the cold room to avoid bacteria.
- Help the Chef when asked to do so.
- Ensure quality & quantity of preparation in his/her section
- Prepare food as per order given by Executive Chef/Sous Chef.
- Supervise and train all kitchen employees in their daily duties.
- Ensure the kitchen is generally clean and tidy before departing.
# REQUIREMENTS
- Culinary school diploma.
- Proven work experience no less than 5 years as a Chef and kitchen manager.
- Strong Leadership, Communication, and Organizational Skills.
- Ability to remain calm and undertake various tasks.
- Excellent time management abilities.
- Flexible Schedule.
- Team Mentality.
