Job Description
One of our prestigious clients in Saudi Arabia, a reputed and growing restaurant chain, is currently seeking friendly, efficient, and professional Waiters to join their team and provide high-quality customer service in a fast-paced dining environment.
SALARY: SAR 1500
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet and seat customers in a timely and courteous manner.
- Present menus and provide detailed information on menu items.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them to the kitchen.
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining service standards.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and handle requests or complaints professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness of tables and work areas.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic English language skills (Arabic is a plus).
- Pleasant personality with a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work in shifts and under pressure.
