Production Incharges (Saudi Arabia)

One of our prestigious clients in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, is urgently seeking an experienced and energetic Production Incharges to manage one shift in their plastic film manufacturing facility.

SALARY: SAR 2,500 per month + Overtime (as per Saudi Labor Law)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee and manage daily operations of the plastic film production line.
• Ensure production targets and quality standards are achieved during the assigned shift.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues to minimize downtime.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards in the work area.
• Supervise machine operators and shift staff to ensure efficient workflow.
• Monitor inventory of raw materials and finished products.
• Coordinate with the maintenance team for preventive servicing.
• Report shift performance and incidents to factory management.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience in plastic film production.
• Adequate technical qualification in a related field.
• Strong leadership and team coordination abilities.
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
• Physically fit, active, and able to handle factory conditions.
• Age below 40 years preferred.
