Production Supervisors (Saudi Arabia)

One of our prestigious clients in Saudi Arabia, a leading plastic manufacturing company, is urgently seeking an experienced Production Supervisors to oversee plastic bag production operations for one shift.

SALARY:

• SAR 2,500 + Overtime OR SAR 4,000 for 12-hour shift (All-Inclusive)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise and coordinate daily operations of plastic bag production during the assigned shift.
• Ensure production targets, quality standards, and timelines are met.
• Monitor the performance of machine operators and production staff.
• Identify and resolve production issues to minimize downtime.
• Maintain production records and shift reports accurately.
• Enforce safety procedures and maintain a clean, hazard-free environment.
• Coordinate with maintenance for machinery servicing and repairs.
• Implement continuous improvement practices in production.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience in supervising plastic bag or similar packaging production.
• Technical knowledge of plastic extrusion, printing, and cutting processes.
• Ability to lead a team and manage shift operations independently.
• Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
• Good communication and reporting abilities.
• Willingness to work long hours if required.
