Job Description
One of our prestigious clients in Qatar, a leading construction and engineering company, is urgently seeking an experienced Site Supervisors to join their dynamic team.
SALARY: QAR 7,000
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise and coordinate daily site activities to ensure timely completion of project tasks.
- Enforce compliance with safety standards, quality protocols, and construction specifications.
- Monitor site labor, subcontractors, and resources to maximize efficiency.
- Review technical drawings and ensure execution aligns with design specifications.
- Liaise with project engineers, consultants, and clients to ensure smooth site operations.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on progress, manpower, and site conditions.
- Troubleshoot onsite issues and escalate concerns to project management.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Technical diploma in civil engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in construction supervision.
- At least 5 years of experience working in the GCC.
- Valid Qatar driving license is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and safety practices.
- Proven leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and manage multiple site activities simultaneously.
